How I help

Through experiential therapy I work directly with the nervous system, help access emotions that don't always have words, this supports regulation, connection and felt-safety (not just insight) & creates change that is often deeper and long lasting. 
This may include EMDR, Focusing, Parts oriented work, Drawing/Creative Arts, Sand tray , Theraplay, Nature
and Synergetic Play Therapy or other body based ways of making sense of what is hard .
I work gently, relationally with curiosity and compassion.

Therapy

In-person or on-line in New Jersey and on-line in Florida.
Individual, Family Therapy and
Intensive Therapy Sessions 3-6 hour options. Children, Teens and Adults.

Consultation

Consultation rooted in relationship, connection, & felt safety. EMDRIA Approved Consultant, Play Therapy Consultation-RPT-S™ and Advanced Practioner/Teacher Baffling Behavior Institute for Robyn Gobbel's Immersion Program. Certified Synergetic Play Therapist

Teaching

Workshop, and podcast interviews for parents and professionals.

I am an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time the service is rendered.   I will provide you with a superbill and that maybe submitted to your insurance for reimbursement IF you have out of network benefits and depending of the deductible.
